  • We aim to ensure you are satisfied with the services or digital products you receive from DevSprism. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds apply only to services or products marked as “Refund Eligible”
  • Refunds may be requested before the service is completed or before the digital product is fully delivered
  • Custom services (like design or development) may have different refund rules depending on the work already done

How to Request a Refund

  • Send an email to admin@devsprism.com
  • Include your order number, product/service name, and the reason for the refund
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway

Refund Denials

Refund requests may be denied if:

  • They are sent after the allowed time
  • The reason does not meet the policy requirements
  • The service or product was already delivered and marked as non-refundable
